Tutorial : Exporting Data

Much of our data is available for easy export. When viewing a species list or graphing data , you'll see a small text box at the very bottom right (as shown below). Click once in this area. All the text will be automatically selected, so you can copy (the keyboard shortcut for this is ctrl-C or command-C) this data to your computer's clipboard, which you can then paste into another program to format or save. The data is designed to easily copy and paste into Excel, but many other programs can be used.
